Who are we?
Bpact is a very large community that gives all citizens a chance to have their say on relevant social issues. Our questions won’t have a commercial focus, such as your preferred colour for a yoghurt container. We focus on topics that are relevant in society – security, mobility, tourism, welfare, healthcare, education and more. We are independent, conducting surveys for governments, non-profit organisations and businesses.

We’ll send you email invitations regularly
When you’re a panel member, we’ll send you regular emails inviting you to take new surveys.
To make the data collection as qualitative as possible, we never mention the subject of the survey in the email. If we did, that would be a form of pre-selection, which we want to avoid.
Complete your profile for targeted invitations
It’s easy to complete the data on your profile page. We’ll ask you some basic questions, such as your gender, year of birth, place of residence, family situation, … With that information, we can be smarter about sending you questionnaires that make the most sense.

Check your points
You get points for every questionnaire you complete. The number of points depends on the subject and the length of the survey.
To find out how many points you’ve earned so far, simply log into your profile page.
Once you’ve collected 2,000 points, we’ll let you know, so you can exchange them for money or donate them to charity.
Voice your opinion at the local level
Bpact has developed Bpact Local, a citizen panel solution for local governments. Sign up for your local citizen panel if you’d like your voice to be heard on topics such as road safety, waste collection or childcare in your municipality.
To participate at the local level, go to your profile page, log in and tick the citizen panel in your municipality.
