Participating is easy. Click here, fill in the basic details and choose a password. Once that’s done, you’re all signed up and you’ll start to get regular email invitations to participate in surveys. We try to make participation as convenient as possible – you can complete surveys on your smartphone, PC or tablet.
You’ll get points for each survey participation. The number of points will depend on questionnaire length, questions types, etc.
You can check your points balance at any time on your profile page. Once your total reaches 2,000 points, we’ll let you know. You’ll have the choice of converting your points into cash or donating them to charity.
You can update your profile at any time by logging in to the profile page, then changing your details in the ‘My profile’ section.

You’ll receive points for each questionnaire you complete. Once you reach a total of 2,000 points, we’ll let you know, so you can exchange your points for 20 euros or donate them to a good cause. In Ireland, you can donate points to SVP – Society St. Vincent de Paul, the Irish Heart Foundation or Focus Ireland. If you’d rather support a different organisation, we recommend exchanging your points for cash and making a direct donation to your favourite charity.
You can view your points balance at any time – just head over to the profile page and log in. In the ‘My points’ section, you’ll see how many points you’ve earned so far.
Bpact does socially relevant research for organisations like universities, non-governmental organisations, media, governments and local authorities. The results of our studies are often published in the press and provide insights into social trends.
Take a close look at the sender’s email address – i.e. not the visible “from” name, but the address itself. As long as the address ends in @bpact.ie or @mg.bpact.ie, you can trust it’s an official email. Please note: the bpact.ie must appear after the @-symbol, not in front of it.
Still in doubt? Then take a screenshot and contact us at info@bpact.ie or call 1800 816 922 to make sure it’s really us.

Exchange them for money
The easiest way to use your points is to redeem them for cash. No vouchers, no hassle. Once you’ve saved up 2,000 points, we’ll let you know, so you can exchange them for 20 euros.
Support a charity
You can donate your points to charity. We work together with several charities, each working in its own way towards a better tomorrow. In Ireland, you can donate your points to SVP – Society St. Vincent de Paul, the Irish Heart Foundation or Focus Ireland. If you’d rather support a different organisation, we recommend exchanging your points for cash and making a direct donation to your favourite charity.
As a Bpact panel member, you get regular email invites to participate in surveys. You might have noticed that we don’t mention survey subjects in our emails. That doesn’t mean we forgot! At Bpact, we want to collect qualitative data and insights, which means we don’t want the theme to affect survey participation and create biased results.
Take this example:
Suppose we do a survey on sports habits in Ireland. We could mention what the survey is about in our invitation email. In that case, only sporty people might take part in the survey and we wouldn’t get a complete picture of the Irish population.
We want to avoid that kind of pre-selection, which is why we choose not to mention any topics in our invitation emails. Instead, we prefer to let you discover it for yourself, since we believe every opinion is equally important!
At Bpact, we respect your privacy. You can view, change or even delete your profile at any time. We follow the code of conduct of the International Association of Market Research Agencies, Esomar.
